What is your role at Dynamic and how does it help support our clients?
My role at Dynamic is billing and special projects. My interaction with the clients starts at the on-boarding process and continues throughout the relationship. My goal is to help all clients prepare reports and learn how to use the system for their practice. I help our clients by assisting and teaching them how to use the Dynamic software.
Tell us what attracted you to Dynamic and how your role is (or may be) different from your previous jobs?
Prior to Dynamic, I worked with Advisors for 10 years with day-to-day responsibilities for clients. My clients are now the Advisors. I enjoy working with the Advisors to help build their processes and use my knowledge to help support their needs based upon my previously experiences. Working from my home is another huge difference, and has especially helped my work/life situation.
Where have you lived before moving to the Valley of the Sun?
I grew up IL in a small town in the northwest corner. In 2005 I was over the snow and rain. I packed my car with whatever would fit and made the drive to AZ. Best decision I have ever made.
What is your favorite activity or hobby?
I have a son that is very active in baseball and football, so I’m usually at the baseball field or football field. He has become my hobby. I love the Chicago Cubs and my bucket list is to make it to every major league baseball park and watch them play. This will most likely happen after my children are out of the house.
Who is your favorite Super Hero?
I’m not really a Super Hero person, but I guess I would say Captain America.
What is a favorite line from a movie?
“I don’t know who you are. I don’t know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don’t have money, but what I do have it are a particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you.” ?
How long is your commute to Dynamic?
20 to 50 steps depending upon the time of year. I move my office to a different part of the house during the summer.
